Eligible refunds are handled clearly and fairly after our customer-care team reviews your request.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items when reported within seven days of delivery with supporting details.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned through the original digital payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent to a verified mobile financial account or agreed bank account.
Processing Time
We normally initiate approved refunds within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the amount.
