Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order before dispatch.
Before Dispatch
Orders can usually be cancelled without charge before packing or dispatch. Call our team with your order number for the fastest response.
After Dispatch
Once an order is with the courier, cancellation may not be possible. Delivery or return charges may apply if the parcel is already in transit.
Prepaid Orders
For an approved cancellation of a prepaid order, the refund is initiated through the original payment method after any applicable charges are confirmed.
